The humble beginnings of Soul Food fully blossom in the menu of our Quality Casual concept. It’s vision is to send guests on a journey with soul food guided by two principles & theories. First, dishes must be elevated staples of soul food favorites. Secondly, they have partaken in a cultural fusion influence from around the globe. With various cultural & ethnic inspirations, we showcase how universal Soul Food truly is.
Chef Inspired Cuisine
Mezze trays with our signature spreads & vegetables, crispy Wontons making for soulful dim sum, sauces prepared with Classical French cooking techniques – all fruitful & full of love. Bringing the experience table side, enjoying our Famous Whole Fried Chicken paired amazingly with our Mumbo Sauce.
Entrees have been presented by our chefs with special sides. The gathering power of soul food has organically laid the foundation to our full list of extra tastes & accoutrements. Made to share, these full-sized sides bring the meal, together. A bite of the Sweet Potato Souffle, a taste of Cornbread Dressing, or reimagined Succotash with Smokey Corn & Edamame, with both traditional and avant-garde tastes.
Vegan & Plant Based Options
Plant based options, and other dietary selections have also been designed to satisfy a variety of palettes. Vegan options such our Pimiento Aiöli Rubbed Corn Ribs, and our Purple Sweet Potato Pie have been crafted to meet the growing demand for plant-based options. Some of our favorite recipes, like our Braised Collard Greens, are naturally vegan! From traditional classics like Demi-Glace Glazed Oxtails to exotic offerings of Quail and Venison, we have elevated and broadened how bright a spectrum Soul Food can emanate.
Finish the experience with one of our reimagined & embellished desserts. From Peach Cobbler presented in a unique and exciting way, to Toffee-Soaked Red Velvet cakes, the adventure continues.
